Objective

The NECA Future of Electrical Conference 2025 aims to equip NECA members, including electrical contractors and electricians, with insights and strategies for navigating and thriving in the evolving Australian energy market. The conference will focus on emerging technologies, sustainability, regulatory changes, and innovative business practices. The goal is to prepare members to lead and adapt in the future energy landscape and collaborate with NECA’s government relations team to shape future policies and regulations.

Expected Outcomes
  1. Enhanced Knowledge: Attendees will gain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, future trends, and their implications for the electrical industry.

  2. Strategic Insights: Members will acquire actionable strategies for integrating new technologies and practices into their businesses.

  3. Regulatory Influence: Members will be equipped to contribute to and influence NECA’s advocacy efforts with the Australian government on policy and regulatory issues.

  4. Networking and Collaboration: Opportunities for members to connect, share insights, and form partnerships with industry peers and experts.

  5. Actionable Plans: Creation of specific action plans for businesses to implement innovative practices and technologies.
