WELCOME receptioN
The NECA National President will officially open the Conference at the Henry Jones IXL Atrium. This building is one of the largest glass atriums in the Southern Hemisphere and provides a stunning showcase of the historic former jam factory.

Enjoy a beer or wine with canapes, whilst meeting other delegates and taking in the tunes from our dynamic entertainment duo.
​
Afterwards, it’s just a short stroll to a large number of dining or drinking venues.

STATE NIGHTs
Following the Saturday plenary sessions, you will have the chance to enjoy drinks and networking with delegates from your own state. These events will take place at various

THE NHP CLOSING NIGHT HOEDOWN
Dust off your cowboy boots and country outfit for a night you will not want to miss.
NHP will have you covered with a cowboy hat!
The bus ride to our venue will take you through the stunning Huon Valley, from where you’ll be able to see the sunset over the mountains after arrival.
Willie Smith’s Apple Shed is a Tasmanian institution. We’ll be taking over the venue from the main apple shed restaurant, cellar door with cider tastings to the many cozy nooks and
fire pits outside.
Enjoy local Tassie beer and wine plus Willie Smith’s ciders and Charles Oates Distilling apple spirits.
You’ll get to enjoy delicious canapes and sample a range of items from the gourmet grazing tables, fire cooking and a dessert food truck – plus, of course, the famous Willie
Smith’s Apple Pies.
Entertainment will be provided all night, including rousing country-themed music, where you can get up and join the line dancing fun before our main band takes over, featuring the best of a range of music hits that are sure to get you up and dancing.
